NEEIDS Consultancy Service Agreement (NEEIDS-2026/V02)
1. Service Scope
By proceeding with this payment, the Client engages NEEIDS LIMITED for the following "Bespoke Business Exploration" preliminary services:
Preliminary Research:
Specialized research on the regional business environment of the destination.
Itinerary Planning:
Customization of a proposed 3-day on-site inspection schedule.
Deliverable:
Within three (3) business days following successful payment, a "Basic Market Research Report" for the destination and industry will be dispatched
to the Client’s registered email address.
2. Commencement of Services & Costs
The Client acknowledges that services commence immediately upon successful payment. Resources are allocated for research and report compilation without delay.
Due to the bespoke nature of consultancy, costs associated with this engagement fee are deemed incurred from the moment of transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
This fee is strictly non-refundable.
This deposit offsets immediate administrative expenses, labor costs for report preparation, and pre-authorized research efforts.
Change of personal intent, visa issues, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify for a refund.
4. Dispute Resolution
By checking this agreement box, the Client confirms full understanding of the service scope and non-refundable terms.
This digital record serves as binding evidence of the Client’s informed consent.
